A Decorated Death

Went in blind for this shot. It was in the pond, and i had to reach out to get a macro shot with it so i had no clue if it was focused right or not. I took a series of three photos, all of which were focused right and had these awesome contrast to them. Though its not wat i oringally wanted, i want to show the height of this flower above the water. (waterlillies tend to grow on water surface where as this one was about 8/10 of a foot above the water) but i like this ahot nontheless.
